I mean, let's be honest here people... It's a HomeTown Buffet! Come on. For what's its wort, most all "cafeteria style all you can eat waistline expanding cattle grazing" restaurants are never very good unless they are $35 or $45 a visit.
You got in at around $15 to $17 and got an appetizer, multiple main courses, unlimited drinks and desert to boot! Food isn't of the highest quality, true, but it's not bad at all. The place is clean, service friendly and the bussers are fast and courteous.
Plenty of parking and the location is not hard to find.
So you ask... Then why the 4 stars then?
Well... I'll tell you. They need to do more to bring you back. Their advertising and loyalty rewards, well... Suck... Definitely lackluster and have no desire to make you want to return. They have some work to do. -

Ok, I don't expect much from a buffet chain restaurant...and this is the second time in the last couple months we've been here. The first time wasn't as bad as the second. Still not great. That being said....
The food was old, quesadillas were crunchy and inedible, pizza inedible (my husband asked if they could put some new out and they were a little rude about it), I was nervous to even eat any meat or fish because it just looked like it was old and drying out. The decent things were the mashed potatoes, and taco bar. The salad bar was looking a little bit old but acceptable.
Little things start to add up like the ice machine wasn't working on one side. Some of the coffee cups were dirty. (The coffee was actually pretty good)
The last thing is...the bathrooms were dirty. The women's smelled of urine and we're pretty grimy. My husband said he tried to use the men's but there was urine all over the floor. You know what they say about if they can't keep the bathrooms clean the food probably isn't kept any better.
My husband and I love to go to a buffet on a lazy cooking night but we won't come back here. To grossed out. Uhhgg... -

The food was shit. There was enough of it. The stuff that was good ran out. Prices are ridiculous. In the deserts are horrible.

Well. For $15 a person it's not really worth the mediocre cafeteria buffet. It's also obvious that they have started to swap out items for the cheaper versions. Such as the salad bar. And tonight the Mac and cheese was too runny making it hard to eat. Plus they do not do a good job keeping the bathrooms clean. If the price was more like $11.50 a person it would have gotten a three star.

Seems to be getting better, I noticed they cleaned up this place some and added some new items which is good. They brought back the cheese enchiladas. We have learned not to go Mondays for lunch, that's the day for some leftovers.
